Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Group/individual Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay, or numbers, are subject to cancellation charges and no-show fees at the discretion of the Hotel and are as follows:
- Please note that our check-in time is 14:00 afternoon and check-out time is 10:00am
- For any early check-in, a reservation should be pre-booked a day before at an overnight rate.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge for the full day stay in the event of an early departure unless the reservation is amended one day prior to the date of arrival.
- In case of a no-show, 100% charges are applicable based on one night's value.
- Any guaranteed reservation cancellation received less than 48hrs prior to arrival, will be subject to a one night room charge.
- All requests are subject to availability.
