 Verified Birthday weekend stay
The hotel is beautiful located close to the park and the airport. Has great ambience. The rooms are lovely and well furnished However the staff in the restaurant both the Eagles where we had dinner and Acacia where we had breakfast were anything but professional and welcoming. They need abit of training in customer service. I would also recommend adding more breakfast choices

 Verified Very nice but lacking cutomer care
I stayed here 3 nights after safari in Kenya & Tanzania was looking forward to it but dissapointed on leaving. Rooms were nice and spacious, mine was on 7th floor overlooking Nairobi national park, meals were served on 3rd floor and all were nice but service slow and staff unattentive. Most dissapointing aspect was the 10th floor sky lounge, a stunning and colourful feature with an amazing infinity pool and great place for music/entertainment but was open on just one day during my stay. I would have liked to see this area more open to visitors and to provide nightly entertsinnent but had to amuse myself in the restaurant bar which was dissapointing. Need to sharpen up guys or next time i will go elsewhere, i will be checking.

I had a great chilled time here…shout out to Zack Bounquet Manager,Tume Guest Relations and Jamal Security at the Sky Lounge.It was an amaizing time and i would perrsonally recommend these guys.This place is amaizing the rooms and service perfect.

  Visit sister hotel EMARA next door a friend took me there visited from London highlight of places I visited when I was in Kenya the gents toilets have the best views I have ever visited anywhere in the world the young lady DJ was just amazing very professional make sure you go on weekend while she is DJ ING, food was great 10th floor please the views were great particularly at night next time I will book myself for few nights highly recommended if you are in Nairobi.
