Our Commitment to Ethical Egg Sourcing
At Emara Ole Sereni, our vision for sustainability extends beyond luxurious hospitality to include ethical and responsible practices across all aspects of our operations. We believe animal welfare is not just a matter of ethics but a key pillar of creating a sustainable and equitable future.
In line with this belief, we are proud to commit to sourcing 100% cage-free eggs-both in their shell and liquid forms-for use in our restaurants, cafes, and bars by 2030. This commitment reflects our dedication to supporting farming practices that enhance animal well-being and promote environmental sustainability.
We understand that transitioning to cage-free egg sourcing may come with challenges.particularly in regions where availability is limited. However, we are determined to work closely with suppliers, producers, and other stakeholders to build supply chains that align with this commitment.
This initiative is an integral part of our broader sustainability efforts, ensuring that the ingredients we use meet the highest standards of quality and responsibility. We will track and report our progress annually, maintaining transparency and accountability in achieving this goal.

Cancellation Policy
Group/individual Reservations that are cancelled or reduced in length of stay, or numbers, are subject to cancellation charges and no-show fees at the discretion of the Hotel and are as follows:
- Any rooms booked and cancelled or reduced in number between 21 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% cancellation fee on the first night.
- Any rooms booked and cancelled or reduced in number between 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 75% on the first night.
- In case of cancellation within 72 hours from noon to the date of accommodation, or in case of no-show – 100% of the net value of booking for a maximum of two nights.
